 | Dan West has lived in the Ocean City and Berlin areas since 1966. Before becoming a Realtor, Dan owned and operated a residential construction company, worked for the Town of Berlin as the Building Inspector and Planning and Zoning Administrator for 15 years, and worked as a project manager for a commercial contractor for the past four years. Dan is certified with the International Code Council as a Residential Building/Plumbing and Zoning Inspector. He is also a certified state inspector with the Department of Housing and Community Development of Maryland, and holds a State of Maryland Sediment & Erosion Control certification.
